Report something that happened to someone else

For anyone reporting on another person's behalf — campus and school staff, family, friends, neighbors, community members. Tell us who you are, then describe what happened.

If this report names a specific person, we can only file for them once they — or a parent or guardian, if they're under 18 — authorize it themselves. We'll email them a link to do that, so it helps a great deal if you can give us their contact details.
